I have dry skin – all over!
I am also in the pool between four or five times a week (I am a huge aqua aerobics fan – and swim the other days).
Being in the pool practically on a daily basis means my skin gets quite a beating – and it is very dry. Therefore, I really need to moisturise religiously, morning and night – even in summer.
Dr Cynthia Bailey wrote a good post on how to take care of dry skin and how to moisturise correctly. Yup, there is a right way to moisturise. You don’t need an expensive moisturiser to have smooth skin, you just need to know how to moisturise!
