Veronica Colvin is a versatile contemporary realist artist working traditionally and digitally.
She primarily focuses on drawing, painting and sculpting, and uses a variety of mediums in her works such as graphite, coloured pencils, pastel pencils, watercolour, gouache, oil paint, oil pastels, oil paint software (digital medium), clay and make-up.
Sydney based, professionally trained, Veronica is currently studying at Julian Ashton Art School at The Rocks, Sydney (Australia’s oldest running art school).
Veronica is also a qualified hairdresser/hairstylist, barber, wig stylist and make-up artist (beauty, special effects, prosthetics and body art).
She has experience working on feature and short films (IMDb), as well as across commercial industries. Clients/brands have included Panadol Extra, Colgate, Caltex, Suncorp, Bank SA, Cancer Institute of NSW, Animal Planet / Discovery Channel, eBay, PayPal, SAP, Best & Less and Revlon.
She also has experience working with a range of celebrities and talents, such as Geoffrey Robertson AO, QC , Carla Zampatti, Bianca Spender, Nicholas Hope, Christopher Stollery, Matilda Brown, Darren Gilshenan, Anna Bamford, Sophie Hensser, Tess Haubrich, Steve Jacobs, Jeanette Cronin, Brandon Burke, Alan Dukes, Gareth Davies, Lyn Pierce, Geoff Morrell, Greg Poppleton, Tom Hobbs and Jeanie Drynan.
Veronica has a Working With Children certification valid till 2020.
