Flow is about the cleansing, meditative and reviving aspects of ocean swimming. It is about letting daily challenges, stress and worries (be it from business, family or relationships) flow from your body into the water. Ocean swimming is an incredible cleansing experience, and it’s my way of decompressing and meditating. I treasure the experience.
Please excuse the glare on my painting. There is a lot of natural light from one side of my studio and its very hard to photograph works without glare. Will be working on fixing this!
