Forward is my latest digital oil painting completed over the holiday period of Christmas 2023 and into the New Year of 2024. It’s about looking forward to the new year, and not looking back at 2023 in too much detail.

Overall 2023 was a good year, artistically, professionally and personally. But I always prefer to start the new year with an attitude of “ok, well that one’s done, let’s get on with the new one!”. And therefore, we have Forward! Plus I always enjoy drawing/painting backs. 🤷🏻‍♀️
